Public Notary Certified Translations/Apostille Translations

The following procedure is realized step by step for the translated form of any document to transform into an officially certified document.
• The document is translated by the certified translator employed with Şimşek Tercüme and signed by the same.
• Şimşek Tercüme certified translation seal is placed on the document.
• Subsequently, any one of the Public Notaries working with Şimşek Tercüme certify the document (public notary seal and signature).
• If necessary, the Governorship approval, i.e. Apostille under La Hague Convention, shall be obtained from the sub-governorships and/or Governorship of province.

The entire aforementioned process shall be realized by our company and the document is delivered to the client/you as bearing all the mentioned certifications. We perform the physical acts of serving and receiving the document to/from Public Notaries/Governorship and do not charge any additional fees (save the fees paid to the public notaries or governorships).
• The certified translations are required, most frequently, for the diplomas and transcripts of the students to study in abroad or graduated in abroad, any document to be presented to the foreign official bodies and any document received from foreign official bodies to be presented to the Turkish authorities.
