Compliance: Şimşek Tercüme has adopted its legal responsibilities, which may be summarized as compliance with the tax procedures, loyalty to the original meanings of the texts and commercial obligations, as one of its basic principles.
Personnel in Peace: The office expects high efficiency from its employees and provides, in turn, a peaceful, neutral working environment with fully performed legal benefits and free from any discrimination. The personnel fees are performance based.
Loyalty to Deadlines: As to exemplify, we are aware of what a disastrous start it would if a businessman arriving from London to İstanbul to conclude an agreement has to wait an extra day due to the non-completed translation of the agreement wording. Thus, we are conscious that delivering the texts on the promised day and time is crucial. Loyalty to deadlines is an imperative obligation for Şimşek Tercüme.
Understanding: In case or honest and reasonable reaons, Şimşek Tercüme demonstrates the most possible understanding and patience towards its clients. Bona fide rules apply as a commercial and philosophical manner of behaviour in the company. We believe that mutual good will shall produce respect and income. Any contrary behaviour is recognized to return to its owner as loss.
Confidentiality: The commercial secrets, confidential information and the wording including know-how data shall be protected, at least, as if was our own confidential information; and any copy of the same under our possession is at once destroyed, or returned to the client, after the job (translation) is delivered. We conclude confidentiality agreements with the clients for certain types of texts. Any translator employed is also concluded a confidentiality agreement to protect the texts of the clients while under the knowledge.
